DEUBLIN 1129 Series Bearingless “Pop-Off” Rotating Unions for Coolant Service
Deublin 1129 型旋转接头采用独特的“脱开”式、无轴承结构，因而接头能够在无压力情况下运行。 采用“脱开”式结构的特点是，在生产厂或最终用户测试现场中，不需要配备管路网为密封表面提供润滑。此外，该结构特点能够根据加工要求使接头在无压力和冷却情况下运行。
Deublin 1129型无轴承“脱开”式冷却液接头特点：

- Anodised aluminium housing resists corrosion
- Pop-off stroke of 0.7 - 3.0 mm compensates for thermal expansion of spindle during extended operation as well as variations in drawbar position
